Communication on the Move - Launch Event

SIHMA organized for the 25th of November, a zoom lacunh event entitled ‘Communication on the Move’, from 2:00PM to 2:45PM (SAST).

During the virtual event we will take the opportunity to share with you SIHMA’s vision and mission and the way we implement these through our communications strategy and social media network.
We will show participants around our NEW website, present our recently revamped AHMR Journal, and our active Blog on the move. We are also enthusiastic to officially launch our new working paper series ‘the Advocates’ Migration Brief’ and will have a brief review of our Publications and Research projects.
 
On this occasion we will have some staff, guests and volunteers providing a virtual guided tour through our Communications outputs and network.
 
We are sure that sharing this information with you, and expanding our network together, is an effective and efficient way to help reach our mission to disseminate information about human mobility, ensuring human rights of, and promoting dignity for, people on the move in Africa
